Wow. Maybe there is some new storyline in comics where he develops his powers later? Whatever I read/saw about Spidey, he always had spider sense.

Their reasoning is that he relied too much on it in the previous movies.

I mean obviously he'll rely on them, it's his warning mechanism and part of what makes his reflexes so quick.

Wow thats BS. Way to ruin a character. I thought Sony was screwing up Spidey movies but even with Marvel we some new BS now.

That's like hey lets remove Superman's flying ability, he relies on it too much. Or remove Wolverine's healing, or Batman's money.

Lol he certainly has spider sense but is not aware of it yet. The Spider-Man in this movie is a newbie. Peter probably just doesn't understand it yet. Like in Captain America: Civil War, we see that Spider-Man senses that Ant-Man was about to attack him. But he still didn't dodge Ant-Man's attack. Probably not realizing what he was sensing was danger.

The director just said they didn't give much focus to it in his first movie. It's not like they removed his wall crawling or web slinging.Maybe in the sequel they'll show this power. Even WW doesn't fly in her first movie but she might in the future movies as she's just getting started.

Spiderman Home coming was good.

Bit low on jaw dropping set pieces. But is a very good movie.

Casting is really good. He has done a good job as spiderman.

Spiderman in Homecoming is like what would have happened if Tony Stark decided to become spider man instead if iron man

Spiderman: Homecoming - I went in with pretty low expectations and I ended up f**king loving it!

Tom Holland has just owned the role. I think he's, without a doubt, the best Peter Parker/Spiderman so far and a big part of what makes this movie so good.

As we all already know, Spidey is a high-school kid in this movie and they've done a great job of portraying him as just that - a kid. He's still learning the ropes, he is still inexperienced and vulnerable and that is what makes him so relatable and likable. You actually root for him and feel bad whenever he screws up.

It's a lot of fun, it's consistently funny and it's probably my favourite marvel movie so far. Well, what can I say? I just love Spidey. No other superhero in the MCU comes close to him as a character.

Also, the movie feels very grounded and I, personally, loved that about it (some people might not).

Spider-Man:Homecoming is f**king amazing.Tom Holland was excellent as Peter Parker/Spider-Man.He plays the nervous nerd/talkataive superhero part so perfectly. It was just like the Spidey from comics.Steve Ditko would be proud.Yet another great casting by Marvel. It was good to see an inexperienced superhero finally. This is probably the most fresh take on superhero genre since Deadpool. It even shows what would

Spidey do if there were no buildings to swing by!

.This movie does feel very grounded and character driven, which is what makes it so good.At the same time it's damn fun and enjoyable as well!.RDJ/Tony Stark has a small but very important role.Michael Keaton was great as Vulture :good: .The third act is so different and authentic from what we see in superhero films over and over again.Even the post credits scenes are awesome. Can't wait to see Spidey in Avengers Infinity War along with the whole team.

Yeah, the more I think about the movie, the more I love it. I think it's one of the most human portrayals of a superhero in a long time (barring Logan) and that makes it feel fresh.

Superhero movies, of late, have been so fixated with grandiose action setpieces and franchise building that they've forgotten to make their superheroes feel real and human. And that is what makes me connect to the characters and care about them.

I already want to see the movie again, but will have to wait till the next weekend :\
