At a time when movies such as The Dark Knight are raising the bar of these so called superhero movies, this, IMHO, was a giant step in the backward direction. Pardon me mate, but if every movie starts being 'the dark knight', they stop being fun. I'm already sick of the way they made spidey a emo cry baby. A dark knight once in a while is fine (I'm a huge fan of the movie, mind you) but superhero movies is what they should be - fun. Not some emotional roller coaster. I don't understand - these game properties have huge followings, and have already proven their ability to generate huge amounts of revenue.
