Prasoon Joshi Gets Liberal, Restores 12 Cuts In Horror Flick ‘IT’

Quote

The EC had cut bloody visuals of horror and many profanities including ‘f*ck’, ‘pussy’ and ‘cocks***ers’. Most shocking of all, the profanity ‘motherf***er’ which is strictly  forbidden as it blasphemes the mother, has also been restored.

The source says that the censor board has been given ‘clear’ new instructions– “Certify all movies with no  cuts. And for suitable ages. If a film gets an ‘A’ certificate there will be no visual or  verbal cuts.”

Well, things are looking up.

Yeah about that.........

CBFC chief Prasoon Joshi changes his mind about use of abuses and profanities in 'It'

According to a well-informed source, “Initially, all the abuses and profanities were allowed to go in the movie. But then, the CBFC did a turn-around. Within 24 hours, the film’s producers and Indian distributors, Warner Brothers, were asked to delete three profanities: pu**y, motherf***er and c**t.”

Not sure how credible these articles are. Still, I guess it was something that was too good to be true.

Anybody watched

"It comes at night"?

How is it?

It's freaking fantastic...that is if you don't mind a slow-paced yet well crafted suspense-thriller with a great atmosphere.

And contrary to what the movie's title might suggest, it is NOT a horror movie. So keep your expectations in check before going in.

Pulp Fiction is on Netflix USA. Watching it now. Never gets old. So good

Love the movie to the core but seriously hate some parts of it. Cannot stand Butch and his shite. Ugh.

Prologue, Bonnie Situation and Epilogue are among classic. 52FaUgP.png

Well Butch section gave us "medieval on his a*s" so it's fine. But yeah, Prologue and epilogues are great. Wolf is awesome too. "Please, with sugar on top" lmao. Samuel L Jackson is the real star though. Fantastic dialogues and acting. His wallet
