He was fantastic is Raees and Dear Zindagi. Both were not Rom Coms. Even Fan he was great, sadly second half let the film down. His recent offerings haven't been great apart from Raees but saying he doesn't deliver outside Rom Coms is Idiotic. His best movies aren't even Rom Coms. Darr,my name,raju,yes boss,ddlg,kuch kuch,etc. Saying his career is built on rom coms is not correct. DDLG came much later after ramjaane,darr,etc. He had already a name by that time. But his rom coms which are like what only 6 or 7 films were humoungous hits so the perception that he only does rom coms which is not true. Most say he is much better in Negative roles.
