autobots prancing around to radio <> personality

optimus prime's voice <> personality

i'm not exactly sure what the curriculum is for implementing a character from a badly animated tv series that rode mostly on nostalgia to a hollywood budget minotaur that gets more rapport on what it should've stuck to, but i'm pretty sure what we are all over-looking is that transformers are a product and are meant to sell toys. something the movie and the recent tv show did quite well in doing.

a sober celluloid extravaganza churned out of bay's anus is only HALF of what the movie was about :roflroll:

Well I do agree that the personalities of most of the robots got lost somewhere in the explosions, a*s shots and fancy VFX. The Autobots at least had some personality but the Decepticons including Megatron were nothing but you standard movie monsters that the good guys had to fight. Hopefully the sequel will have more interaction between the robots since now the audience is already familiar with the characters and the concept.

yea.but its a great movie nevertheless.i loved it.looking forward to sequel.

Dark knight wasn't that epic, it was a good film. stop following the hype like a sheep :roflroll:

it's the best comic hero film. it's a pretty good film. other good comic book films - the original supes, spiderman (1 and 2), batman begins, original batman. they are good standalone films as well.

But look at what they did to Veidt - turned him into a megalomaniac pansy.

Yup. When Veidt was first introduced on screen, I kept getting distracted by the awful casting choice. He looked like a cocktail pumped AIDS patient with a GOD complex.

I really don't see Ice Age 3 posing that much of a threat, the movie has had as much exposure in India as ROTF. They should at least release Disney-Pixar's Up here, for crying out loud.

Unless there's some really shitty overly-dumb Hindi movie coming out next week that we don't know about, but I think New York already has that covered. Because any film with seeing John Abraham trapped in a box and screaming like an abused Yeti deserves to be released this week, doesn't it Yash? :/
