Its just not as good as T2 (esp. after the mega hype the movie carried) and there are areas where it could be better (eg the ending which leaves things wide open for another sequel). But even with its flaws its an amazing ride. Go into it with an open mind and I am pretty sure you will have fun. BTW Arnolds appearance got a huge cheer in the theatre and so did the ending. Yup. I didn't say it was bad. I just said it was underwhelming in terms of the plot. I expected more from it. It's a very well made movie otherwise. Action scenes are top notch. Oh and btw the movie also featured "You Could Be Mine" by GNR in one of the scenes. I wasn't expecting that! And yes, Arnold's appearance got a huge cheer here as well. achilles Posted June 26, 2009 Report Share Posted June 26, 2009 i saw terminator 4 today. it was totally disappointing. action scenes wer not dat good n no story at all n d scenes in skynet wer connor is fighting d terminator was totally judgment dayish . man, dey should hav made a better movie!!!! thts whr the homage / subtle reference part comes in. i liked the movie. entertaining, plus blai (moon bloodgood (wt kinda name is that) ) was hot. lots of references to t1,2 while using the altered judgement day timeline used by t3. pretty darn good. On the contrary, I got some pretty amazing feedback from my buddies in the US. Heck even one of our clients emailed me just to say how awesome it was. If nothing else it will be a great popcorn flick to watch with friends and in a packed cinema hall... much like the first one.
