Nemo
Just saw Terminator Salvation. Felt average. I did not have much expectations but still, having Jonathan Nolan as script writer and Christian Bale in lead (or was it ?? movie me to laga nahi) role upped my curiosity. I loved T2 and very much liked T1. Saw bits of T3 and felt it was atrocious. I always though that the series should have ended at T2 and Salvation did nothing to prompt me to rethink upon it. Very weak story, good fighting scenes but little else to hold the interest. Seeing Ah-nauld was pretty awesome though, they did a very, very good job on the CG. I understand it was a pure action summer blockbuster but it solely lacked emotion in the story, I could not care less if the resistance won or skynet anal raped humans. When i go to see such movies, i dont expect to see a story that blows my skirt, but something nice that helps us go frm A to B would have been better. My other big grip was the role of Bale.. it was totaly overshadowed by Sam Worthington (who was super awesome btw) and Mr.Bale had virtually nothing to do. He didnt seem heroic at all, really one of his worst roles (this coming from a BIG Bale fan) Anton Yelchin was pretty good though. He and Sam were the only good thing about T4. final rating- 5.8/10 *EDIT* forgot to mention about the ending.. another "masterpiece" Heart transplant preformed in middle of desert, by a supposed vet without checking about the blood type and not to mention an untested robo heart. BRAVO..!! Edited June 27, 2009 by Nemo

Bird Bird Bird
Heart transplant preformed in middle of desert, by a supposed vet without checking about the blood type and not to mention an untested robo heart. BRAVO..!! That and another thing.. As far as i remember, Marcus' beating(?) heart was already located by the CGI Arnold during their fight n then he goes straight for the precordium area.. Now, what did i miss.. Did he just give him a punch or was Marcus' heart injured/punctured/blood vessels damaged.. because i definitely didn't see the T taking Marcus' heart out.. .. And if the later is true, how the hell did they do the transplant.. .. It's too weird.. :| And the USB port.. I LOLed hard.. Also, do the multiplexes edit out the movies ( like trimming them down.. ) so that more shows can be pressed in the same time schedule.. Aftrunner
Saw Religulous, amazingly good film. Watch it if you havent. Its funny and scary in equal measures. There is this bit where Bill is talking to a US senator on the subject of evolution, the Senator leans towards creationism. Here is how the exchange goes - Bill: See, this is my problem, is, I'm trying - I mean, you're - you're a Senator. You are one of the very few people who are really running this country. It worries me that people are running my country who think - who believe in a talking snake. Um... Senator: You don't have to pass an IQ test to be in the Senate, though. The look on Bill's face is priceless. You can pretty see him thinking "Is this guy really this retarded?" The look on the Senators face is even better "f**k, did I just say that."
