:fear::P not to mention Harrelson

randomly shooting his weapons and creating a racket and the group trashing that native american reservation store in the middle of the night.

They should just kill themselves if they want it so bad :D

You could argue that the movie has its tongue firmly planted in rotting cheek, but I just couldn't tell. I mean even lighter works like Shaun of the Dead have believable decisions (good or bad) :D

Definitely worth a watch, though. The intro sequence is really good, and so is the soundtrack.

Also you need are 2 pistols,5 clips and a game stand to kill a horde of zombies(not to forget a twinkie....)

LOL. Yeah its a video games forum. All we talk about are zombies and the apocalypse. And a combination of them both.

I think we are the only people in the world who are actually looking forward to one of those.

New Rapunzel ani-movie incoming!!

#Rapunzel – Mandy Moore

# Flynn Ryder – Zachary Levi

The movie's visual style will be based on the painting "The Swing", by the French Rococo artist Jean-Honoré Fragonard.Because director Glen Keane wanted this to be an animated movie that looked and felt like a traditional hand-drawn Disney Classic in 3D, he first had a seminar called "The Best of Both Worlds", where he, with 50 Disney animators (CGI artists and traditional artists), focused on the pluses and minuses of each style.Because of advancements in computer technology, many basic principles of animation used in traditional animated movies but which have been absent in CGI films due to technical limitations are now becoming possible also in this field of animation, where they will be used together with the potential offered by CGI. Keane has stated numerous times that he is trying to make the computer "bend its knee to the artist" instead of having the computer dictate the artistic style and look of the film. By making the computer become as "pliable as the pencil," Keane's vision of a "three dimensional drawing" seems within reach, with the artist controlling the technology. Because many of the techniques and tools that were required to give the film the quality Keane demanded of it didn't exist when the project was started, WDFA had to make them on their own.

To create the impression of a drawing, Non-photorealistic rendering is going to be used, making the surface look like it is painted but still containing depth and dimensions.

Ghostbusters 3

Harold Ramis Talks GB3

Here comes the Ghostbusters question: What’s up with part three?

Something’s going to happen. Dan [Aykroyd] did write a spec GB3 screenplay a few years ago, but no one was motivated to pursue it. Now, 25 years after the original, there seems to be some willingness to proceed and apparently a substantial public appetite for a sequel. We’ll introduce some new young Ghostbusters, and all the old guys will be in it, too. Think Christopher Lloyd in Back to the Future ... GB3 is progressing with plans to shoot next summer and release in 2011 … Oh, and I have two one-of-a-kind Ghostbuster yarmulkes sent by fans.

Random cross post:

Anyone who doesn't know about/doesn't give this film credit should be taken to the woods and shot (like in the film).

This is one of the best sequences in film history. And the best use of Danny Boy (the folk song that plays over it).

^^

+1

Miller's Crossing is up there with the Godfather in my list of Best Gangster movies.

Gabriel Byrne and John Turturro's preformances were simly mindblowing. I make it a point to watch this movie at least once a year.

:scratchchin: to the Coen Bros.

just finished watching Zombieland and it was fun movie to see.

Not at all serious, but damn good flick.

Bill Murray getting shot was so predictable but Tallahassee was so awesome

I loved the last sequence

(I meant the entire last run-and-gun that "Tallahassee" does).

'Twas like an L4D movie with a lot more to the story than Point A to Point B.

that was my favourite scene in the movie. Btw, I think your avatar isn't SFW

Really? They're just cartoon posters based on TF2. There's far worse stuff (actual photos even) in many avatars.

besides the avatar keeps changing if you've noticed. It's a dynamic one. alternates between 5 different pictures.
