The former was probably one of the best movies of the year, 3 Idiots was quite entertaining and lol-worthy. Bore? Too harsh man. 3 Idiots employs as many cliches as Avatar but surprisingly turned out to be more entertaining. The narrative was quite good and the cast made it fun to watch. Aamir is ageless like Keanu and he can emote! And yep, there's a good message in this movie even if it is unconvincingly presented. I only wish they had included Aamir poring over books in one scene atleast. And when someone asks him what he's doing, he replies, "I'm working on todays calculus assignment. What? Don't look at me like that! Even geniuses have to study!" The scene where they have the aerial shot of all three of 'em in the toilets, Sharman and Madhavan are quarreling whereas Aamir is going through a book. At least not first time me too. the cable has ad breaks, censors and most irritating SUBTITLES !!! its ok if they are for a non english language but for english movies its just i cannot watch a movie properly when it has subtitles, my eyes always get draw towards the text rather then the scene. nowdays pix, star and hbo all use them. fail Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Normally if I'm not doing anything I'd rather be gaming or watching a movie on DVD but sometimes I do end up watching TV for an hour or so. Usually it's just channel surfing... stopping only at the english movie channels, VH1, CN, Pogo, sports, news channels, Star World, History Channel, Discovery and MTV (yeah, MTV, it's actually pretty entertaining for all the wrong reasons).
