Tyler
500 Days of summer is one of the best Romantic/Comedies in the last decade. The list suxs I felt it was the exact opposite of a typical romantic comedy. Much like High Fidelity. Loved the movie though.
Daedalus
High Fidelity. Grosse Pointe Blank. Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind. They may not be typical, but they are brilliant, and in ways, life affirming.
Right
^Yup. 500DoS is not a comedy, it isn't a love story either, it's a story about love annnd break-ups and sh*t(taglines aren't that bad all the time ). You can still count in Romance genre though.

dante77
just saw nine dead n I liked it. Its a little saw '1st' type in the start but its not really is like saw. There is a high chance that people aren't gonna like it though. For me its a good low budget movie with a bad name. Ending was good for me as it does make sense. I saw many movies where ending makes no sense and people like it coz it was unexpected *cough* A perfect getaway *cough*. Acting was bad no doubt in that but that is the problem in almost all low budget movies. I am dare to say I like it.
MarketTantrik
Just finished "The Boondock Saints". Cant believe I missed this gem. Thoroughly enjoyable, although I have never been as creeped out as I am by Willem Defoe's performance in this flick.

Keyofx
List without "Whatever Works" and "[500] Days of Summer"? FAIL. Yes, present mam! Haven't seen Whatever Works or (@MT) The Watchmen. I loved [500] Days of Summer, though. Much better than Up in the Air. The list was already crowded so I couldn't/didn't stick it in. Maybe next to Public Enemies :/ And I was kinda leaving room for Harry Brown. I have HIGH expectations for it. MarketTantrik
Just watched Percy Jackson. Terrible terrible movie. Does complete disgrace to the novel. Left out half the characters and any semblance of character development for the few they did show. Twisted the story around and destroyed the portrayal of the key figures from the novel. *washes mouth with Listerine in a vain attempt to remove the bad taste"
