sup bro?
The gun fights were perfect and didnt need more retardation ala Wanted and shoot em up Read the graphic novels, u will understand what i trying to say!! If they can include a 10 year old sharp shooter masterfully executing complex acrobatics, then they could have made the gun fights better. If this is really from the graphic novel... havent read the novel myself, planning to order it soon but from what i have read online (torrents, message boards), in the book, the girl (who kick a*s was after, one who thought he is gay) does not fall in love with him, the romance never happens. When kick a*s admits he is not gay, she has her boyfriend beat up kick a*s and later sends a picture to his phone of her performing oral sex on her boyfriend Carl, to which our hero masturbates while crying, oscillating between feeling aroused and downright pathetic. the movie sure made him look much-much better than that. ...and the books continue the same way, making the readers hate the protagonist instead of pitying him before he redeems himself, then the movie clearly failed to achieve that. Anyway I'll get hold of the books soon.
Aftrunner
So whats the verdict on Robin Hood? Worth it?
Tyler
I had posted about it earlier. Its a decent watch, nothing more. The battle scenes are butchered by the rating and Crowe and Blanchett look too old for their parts (Scott should have cast Orlando Bloom and Eva Green again instead). It's definitely a low point in Ridley Scott's career. Edited June 17, 2010 by Tyler

dylanjosh
Is there any website to check India release dates? Someone should set one up >__>
Aftrunner
Some films on IMDB mention the Indian release date. This for example - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0938283/ But aside from that there is no way to know. Even the PVR website is useless.

Tyler
I'm really looking forward to The Last Airbender. Not only do I love the animated series but I'm really keen on seeing M Night tackle a different type of movie. He's among my favorite directors despite his last two duds. Signs is one of my all-time favorites.

Tyler
I'm not even sure if the studio has greenlit the sequels. Depends on how well this one does.
