What sucked was the plot, and it sucked hard. As a huge fan of the books, I'm appalled at the plot in the movie. 20 mins into the movie and you can guess most of the stuff. The combination of irene adler and sherlock holmes, I was looking out for something epic, but thoroughly disappointed. There was way too much action and special effects, which was not needed. And jude law makes a fine watson. yeah, it was a good movie, just not true Sherlock Holmes. It's more of a sherlock bond 007 or James Holmes 007 flick But I did really like it.
