Nemo
Crossing a line here man. I told you guys to keep your paws offa her. Next warning will be in the form of a .45 hollowpoint. Tell me again which GL they are going to mangle in the movie? It's impossible to imagine Ryan Reynolds even as Kyle Rainer. Hal Jordan Here it is, first legit Oscar contendor of 2010. Auschwitz. Made by? *Drumroll* Uwe Boll. Check out the trailer. WARNING. NOT SAFE FOR ANYWHERE. whoa.. that.. that is some concept. Uwe Boll ?? really ? this one is not to be missed GREEN LANTERN! My favorite comic book of all time! oh yes he is a fun character to read, the trailer looks ok for now but then agains its just a teaser. my big hope here is RR has the wit, screen presence to make it work. also the spice u r looking for abt emma watson involves some pics of her running around her dorm in a towel around the waist.... or so i have read in TOI... Nemo
On a tangent-ory note, if you are in the Eastern Europe neighborhood, you owe it to yourself to visit this place. Even now, standing inside one of them gas chambers is gut wrenching. f**king Nazis! / loads COD:WAW Nazi zombie mode so true man. Its one of my dreams and part of my bucket list to travel eastern europe and specially the nazi occupied areas. they are so very rich in history. P.s. I in no way support nazis, they were bad people. Am interested in them and ww2 just for academic purpose. Nemo just watch the 1971 classic Willy Wonka & the Chocolate factory , much better than the new remake , sure it has more CG stuff , its a more less a movie that its old counterpart. have seen the famous song from that. now will make a point to see the whole thing

Man In The Box
I finally watched 'The Hurt Locker' today and really liked it. Some of the scenes were really intense and I liked the overall plot and how they didn't go overboard at any stage. Great acting by everyone as well. Shantz
Justin Bieber - perfect. Nemo - your pervert radar hasn't picked up news about a certain recent pic of Ms Watson's? tsk tsk. She has the capability to outdo Lilo. Bieber? in a rock band? No matter how sucky the band may be, bieber would never be a fit for it..

Though I liked the movie and the fact that it was directed by a woman director, I could not see what the extra-ordinary fuss was about. I believe I have seen even better war movies than this which unfortunately didn't win the oscar.. (And who could forget Sunny Deol holding the dynamite in his own bare hands in the film Border.. Truly an Oscar moment but no.. they didn't give Paaji his due..)

Nemo
^^ great expectations, maybe. also robinhood as i perceived him was always a fun, adventurous guy. the movie gave him all serious persona which i found boring I hope that's sarcasm ! Else go kill yourself ! :| UB going all oscar and sh*t this is groundbraking even if the movie pees all over the jew sentiments, it should have nice gore. in seriousness, trailer did look nice, evoking strong passions and all. Aftrunner
How can you say the trailer looked nice. It was terrible. Borderline offensive. I mean I dont expect every Holocaust movie to be Schindlers list, Pianist etc but this looks like its getting done purely for the shock factor. And this is probably the dumbest question asked by anyone this week but why were all the people who were in the ovens fat?

And this is probably the dumbest question asked by anyone this week but why were all the people who were in the ovens fat? I too feel its mainly done for the shock factor but offensive ? really ? how ? are you saying that the stuff showed in the trailer never happened ? well there are eye witness accounts that tell of people being stripped naked and forced into the chambers. the teeth/hair removal is a standard practice before putting any animal/human body into the incinerator. P.S. the people executed in the gas chambers were mainly those who were physically or mentally unable/disabled to do manual labor, that might explain the fatness. Aftrunner
Exploiting one of the largest massacres in Human history to make a shock horror film is as offensive as anyone can be. And thats what the movie looks like to me.
Nemo
^^ well that is true. its the name UB that kills any possibility of the movie being more than a gore feast. The trailer however, if it had someone well known and talented (for such movies) as the director would have evoked different response, me thinks. MotaGENDA
This movie is gonna be rated R. So no Javatar kind of audience for it. Think. Its not gonna make the producers super rich. Now if it stays true and documents Auschwitz, the biggest extermination camp on the planet, I would not doubt on the intentions of the film-makers. As for the genocides in Nazi Germany, well, they happened and you are damn right they are offensive. The movie just portrays the story and will rightfully be shock and horror.
