dylanjosh
IRRFAN KHAN IN SPIDERMAN REBOOT As we reported in early November, Peter Parker's parents Richard and Mary will be making their big screen debut in Marc Webb's Untitled Spider-Man Reboot. It is not known if their ties to S.H.I.E.L.D. will be revealed in this particular story, but The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that Campbell Scott and Julianne Nicholson will be bringing these characters to life. It is also being reported that Irrfan Khan will play the second villain in the movie, a thug named Nels Van Atter who is somewhat of a mystery to fans of this particular franchise. According to Marvel lore, he is the evil Proto-Goblin, a research assistant to Mendel Stromm and employee of Norman Osborne (aka The Green Goblin}. He was used in the conducting of high-tech experiments, and served as a test subject for a chemical that was developed by Osborne and Stromm, which turned him into a red beast with fangs and claws. Keyofx
I like Irrfan Khan. At least we'll have a better overseas rep in him than Anil Kapoor
Bulovski
saw Narnia and Disappointed :| I knew it'll disappoint the moment I saw trailer. There is no Peter and Susan this time . This is so sad because I loved Narnia 1 and 2 and there are very less narnia fans :| Well of course there is no Peter and Susan - it follows the books
dylanjosh
More Movie news! http://www.empireonline.com/news/story.asp?NID=29638 Dreamworks going to be chock full of sequels now We sat down with DreamWorks Animation chief Jeffrey Katzenberg this week in London, and asked him about the future of the company. You can read the full interview over here, but we thought we'd particularly draw your attention to what he had to say about planned animation sequels to Kung-Fu Panda and How To Train Your Dragon and more. Namely, that we're looking at a total of four Madagascar films, six Pandas (which was already rumoured) and at least three Dragons. Christopher Nolan Has Put Superman Entirely In Zack Snyder's Hands http://www.cinemablend.com/new/Christopher-Nolan-Has-Put-Superman-Entirely-In-Zack-Snyder-s-Hands-21962.html At a big event for Inception in Hollywood this week, Hitfix talked to Thomas about a few things, including how her husband will juggle directing duties on The Dark Knight Rises and producing Superman with Snyder. Many of us had assumed that Nolan would be taking a very active role on Superman, but as Thomas puts it, it may be a lot more of Snyder's film than we had expected. She explained that they have secured a great script form David Goyer and now "we are handing it off to [snyder]." Those of us with far more faith in Nolan's filmmaking abilities than Snyder's probably ought to wring our hands right about now. Keyofx
5 National Awards this year. Excellent film. Shyamalol. Cheesy and Preachy. Worth a watch for the deaths. Edit: Still much better than his past couple, though. Even if he's just producing. Edited December 4, 2010 by Keyofx

Ne0
@keyo, if you are a fan of regional art cinema, there was anational award winning kannada movie called 'Dweepa', starring soundarya, do give it a shot. I don't know where you can find it though. Excellent movie, since its a national award winner, it would have subs (if you can't understand kannada).
