VG247 heard from sources that an announcement will be made "soon". A cached website for NASCAR 2011 was spotted online earlier this week. It showed logos for the game, platforms (PS3, Wii and Xbox 360), Eutechnyx and Activision. EA had held the NASCAR licence, but admitted last year that the series had been put on hold, and staff redeployed on MMA. "We had a great relationship over the years that I thoroughly enjoyed when I first got here," said Peter Moore at the time. "Unfortunately... we had to make some tough trade-offs." Saumil Posted September 23, 2010 Report Share Posted September 23, 2010 Eutechnyx already announced NASCAR 2011 a couple months ago. Seems like Activision just bought them out or already owned them. I still play Papyrus's NR2003 and it's a blast starting from the 43rd position with 2x tyre/fuel usage and trying to make it as far up the grid as I can in an 18 lap race with 2 pit-stops.
