The co-op camera was fubar though. And the ultimate edition is the version with the much maligned Walter Hill alterations. I won't pass judgment without having watched both versions (I've only seen the original), but from what I've read it's supposed to be quite hard to digest for purist fans. Having just finished watching the film, I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I must qualify this by stating that I havent seen the original release yet. But from what I've read, the only differences are the intro sequence comparing the film's story to that of Anabasis by Xenophon and some comic book style wipes between scenes.
