aRch-0n Posted August 18, 2011 Report Share Posted August 18, 2011 wanted to buy Bold 4 but it's not available anywhere!!!! its available here but imo dont buy it, unless ur really desperate to get a new phone, this coming from a blackberry fanboy, so far their are 10 apps that u can have in the Bold 4, os 7 has barely launched so apart frm RIM no one is developing for it, so you can estimate about 4-5 months without apps cause the SDK hasnt been given out yet, The only big difference between bold 3 and 4 is design and touchscreen which is quiet lame cause having a 2.3" screen with keypad, trackpad and addin a touchscreen to it its just thr for the sake of it and RIM does not do justice to touch screen UI ever, Liquid gfx is a fancy name for the "its been already done" tech, Theres a slight difference in ram, between bold 3 and 4 sigh, and the camera is the same infact bold 4 has no autofocus Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

aRch-0n Posted August 19, 2011 Report Share Posted August 19, 2011 ^^@arch i am desperate,havn't changed my phone for the last 2 years(Bold 1) it's barely working now,can't even send an sms Ah aite bro its a good bet in that case cause if you dont change phones frequently, like me and alot of folks, it wld be good for you to get bold 4 cause after max 6months the app world would flood and the hardware would be utilized till then you'll be limited to a few apps, but it'll be decent enough for 6months, also if you do buy, make sure to get an extra battery if you tend to travel alot cause this baby does not get the real Blackberry juice, it maxes 1.5 days afaik, unlike its predecessors that go 3 days without any issue ( least for me even on high usage ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
