^Nice. Awaiting review.

Also, I am having a cheap mousepad with wrist rest, I got it for 150-200 bucks in some local shop. It is doing the job fine, but does this mouse require any special mouse pad for durability?

I have a Razer Goliathus (Control edition) it is working great even after it is close too ~21/2 and now I have a Rantopad H3 as a stand-in (will review this as well).

The major advantage of a mousemat is that it prevents mouse-feet from wearing off disproportionally and if placed properly can work as wrist rests as well.

Certain mousemat variants like hard-surfaces purportedly improve the performance of LASER engine based mice but as I have no experience with these, no comments.

Basically a decent mousemat is your call, it is not a game-changing necessity that will change your gaming skill OR experience. It helps as the wear and tear of mouse-feet is reduced and that a good mat can last you ~4 -->5 years easy.

Hope this answers your query, Cheerio!

Batman files :surprise: Mohit!

nice mouse rock :kisstogether:

He gets a kiss for a mouse

Congrats Alpha and Rock.

And don't go on using el cheapo mousepads with them. When it comes to precision the mousepad is a more important thing than the mouse.

If you play a lot of FPS, get the Razer Goliathus Cotrol Edition, trust me it's fantastic!

I dont play much, at least competitively I dont play much. I got a new mouse only because my older mouse broke (left click got f**ked up due to Borderlands 2 marathon sessions), so decided to get a mouse that can survive my gaming.

Current mouse pad is cloth based, and has wrist rest, which is very comfortable. So, accuracy aside, is costly mouse pad needed? I am concerned about life of mouse legs rather than accuracy.
