Unrealistic
errrr.... I'm serious! I need to buy a new Tele for the living room, I think I'm going to shift my 43" Sammy in there and buy a new 50" for my bedroom.
Ne0
^^ ur living room must be quite big, i find the 40" TV in my living room, quite sufficient .... maybe depends on teh viewing distance i guess !
Death Stryke
55" is recommended only if u have a distance of 10 feet or more. Otherwise 46-42 will suffice. 42 is perfect for small living rooms
Zeehunter
@ Death Stryke - Congrats! An awesome TV! My 43 incher already seems tiny less than a year in Your girlfriend would be quite happy with 43 inches ..
Unrealistic
^^ ur living room must be quite big, i find the 40" TV in my living room, quite sufficient .... maybe depends on teh viewing distance i guess ! It isn't really about practicality anymore. I'm using the 43" in my bedroom with a viewing distance of around 9'. My living room is long, around 18' in length. Thing is, I do my gaming and watch my BR's in the bedroom, thus, want a bigger tele for it. However, it's going to be a while before I jump on a 50" TV. A decent Panny plasma will set me back almost a lac. Your girlfriend would be quite happy with 43 inches .. Sure, if she was Sunny Leone, lol. AtheK
with HD channels it does not matter what is the viewing distance. In my home we only watch 15 HD channels now, maybe sometime the SD channels for a bit, but majority of tim is spent watching hD channels. So viewing distance does not make much of a difference any more.
sarthak
@Death Stryke & Ph3N0M - Yes i meant NTFS, sickness is getting to me. @Death Stryke - Again man, congrats on the TV.
