Good choice! nice buy.

Still haven't put my D3200 through its paces all that much.

Thanks. Had considered getting the 3200 but was quoted around 35k for it... i got this for 30k (Both are really good cameras btw)

Awesome mate. Congrats. You made to buy a digital SLR. And hopefully will buy one soon

Finally, after 2 whole weeks of waiting and getting pissed off, my New PC is built.

First, received faulty WD HDD from FK. Then GPU was DOA. But luckily FK sent replacement in timely manner, and New GPU also arrived in flat 1 day.

First time, I have built entire PC from scratch, so it was lil bit unique experience, with 2 components coming faulty. But at the end the result was so satisfying.

System specs :

1) Intel Core i5 3550 FCLLGA1155 : 12.8K

2) Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H : 4.3K

3) G.skill RipjawsX 2 X 4GB 1 DDR3-1600/PC3-12800 : 3.2K

4) Seasonic S12II 520W : 4.4K

5) Seagate 320gigs sata3 7200rpm HDD : 2.5K

5) WD 1TB WD10EARX : 4.2K

6) Sapphire 7870 GHZ Edition : 17.8K

7) Corsair Carbide 300R : 3.8K

8) Windows 7 Home Premium : 7.2K

9) Asus DRW-24B5ST : 1K

And finally 3DMark11 Extreme preset Score : X1972

Almost done with cable mgmt, only some things are left, so inside-cabby pics later.

Big Thanks to ALPHA17 for all suggestions.

That's pretty nice setup (Ivy bridge  )

now, buy PC games and start rolling with us

Windows 7 Home Premium : 7.2K

You could've purchased Windows 8 PRO for 15bucks instead of wasting 7,200 for Windows 7 Home premium

Thanks Joe. I R steam's beaches too. But I R big COD n00b. Adding you tonight.

And I do not know why but I am not liking Win 8 yet. May be It's similar to XP peeps shifting to Vista. Will stick to Win 7 for 1 more year imo.
