Crysis 2-3, Modded SKYRIM, Bioshock Infinite eats ARAM III. It is not about looking good, it is the amount of muscle that needs to be put into ARMA than any other title you have mentioned. And depending on settings, ARMA will stress CPU and GPU and memory systems far more than any other game that I can think of save PlanetSide II. Calling it unoptimised is not going to sort things. And ARMA III in its current state is far better optimised than the complete ARMA II package. This will not be a false stress, the current game you have on your person will remain the same even after it gets out of BETA. The basics of the game, mil-sim tactical combat huge draw distances combined arms operations open ended layouts of the missions themselves will remain the same even in the final game. In-fact the guys who bought this in ALPHA have not only got the best deal but also will see every progress if they are passionate about the title. Also, just for the sake of argument, none of the games you have mentioned are optimised for multi-core operations, in that scenario, only titles like Wargame AirLand Battle, CoH 2, Civilisation V and ROME II will be able to 'effectively' stress the CPU and memory subsystems.
