Fell down this morning lol

On my bicycle, just the usual left hand slant down a slope, completely no grip.. and it just went sliding sideways at around 25Kph.

Sore left side of the body, sore right elbow, and some skin off the knee :/

Would've hurt my head had it not been for the helmet :P

I couldn't understand how I'd lost grip even after falling down..then realized that the road was glazed with the thinnest layer of ice I've ever seen...temp had gone below zero overnight...and I didn't see the radar. Lesson learnt...and time to change tyres as well :/

Speed doesn't equal accident ,dumb drivers mostly equal accidents , I have a second cousin who was on his cycle on the side of the road and a mini truck parked too close to him on the red light ,when it turned green ,the driver moved closer to him ,he tried to move out of the way but his right hand was caught on one of those hooks that trucks use to secure the load ,it tore off his ligaments ,hez just a kid and still can't use his right hand .

Dumb drivers are the bane of this world ,especially so in India where traffic rules don't mean jack

More than the rules, i would start with the transport license offices. They take money n give license to all. Thats the root cause. Most of the truck drivers are less than 8 th grade qualified.. Still get license without any tests, exams or anything
