Dont know any statistics but from what I have seen in normal day to day dealings and knowledge gathered otherwise, Punta Del Este (Uruguay) and Cancun (Mexico) might be well above BA. Isn't there a DS game that teaches you different languages ? yea there is, the ones from ubisoft is called my spanish coach and my french coach(2 separate games) the one from activision is called spanish for everyone,i heard it sucks bad just take a look at spanish for everyone's intro,it has drug mafias,illegal imigrants and even child molesters,it wont teach you good spanish if at all but the the intro is too hilarious for what is supposed to be a kid's game.
