Doesn't fluctuate daily or anything (although dealers might do that with their discount). okay.its not a bad idea ....but i think it needs very fast business model to work..you know like get from the distributor on regular basis ..as per quantity required ...sell it at high price when demand is high...when low demand ...reduce the supply from distributor for that duration ....dont think india can move so fast as of now where distribution is considered.
