Now, If yu asked Psy that very question and he answered that there's no time limit or expiration of this subscription, yu should quite rightly have understood the fishiness of the deal.. No one would sponsor yur gaming for 4000 bucks... One can't even buy 2 games for 4k.. What you have typed is exactly what I had asked him. I have never accused him of stuff like he told that I can rent 1 game for 2 weeks but later told me to return it in 3-4 days. I never said anything like that. He had made it very clear that it is a 2 week rental option. I had repeatedly asked him how long can I keep renting and he said there is no limit as such since we will be officially starting the renting service later. However, you are an old customer so you just pay 4k and you can rent any game whenever you want for 2 weeks. I didn't completely believe him that time but we used to talk on yahoo messenger quite a few times before this incident and I had even done a few deals with him before that had turned out well. So I trusted him. Its just that its very, very unbelievable to be believing what yu actually believed... I'll say it again, yu literally thought that yur gaming has got sponsored by Consoul just for 4k... Its funny to be precise.. If not more, I would have saved that yahoo conversation just because of its absurdness!! Its not as if psy was yur family that yu believed that kind of a thing.. Consumers/Customers have some duties too yu kno, i.e. to make sure not be getting cheated.. All I'm saying is that over teh internet, I wouldn't believe that crap of a deal from ANYONE.. I personally dealt with consoul long back (april 09) when i had just brought a ps3, got my initial games from them, they arrived all good and fine and well packed but it took them 6 days to finally end up at my hand, no holidays in between. that time i did not know what is the usual time for delivery so did not think about it but now when i look around, the delay was surely on the longer side. That not 100% satisfactory deal plus some others incidents (the gow tee- yours and gaurav's experience) has made be circumspect about buying things from the aforementioned dealer, and now this... I seriously thank you for making this thread Jiggy is super-interested in gaming apparel. He paid some 800 bucks for the CoD t-shirt I think its the day i felt in love with him me being the seller and all and i dont blame him, gaming apparel is my passion too. I brought halo b33ch just for that tee that cod tee is screwed... wore it in swimming pool and the chlorine messed up the tee for bad... like Forever !! ye kya kiya tune. who wears tee shirts in a swimming pool ? what is it that you have to hide moobs ? GOW pre-order: Me and jigsaw have a spat over the release of the game. Honestly, he behaved rudely and inconsiderately. From a customer service perspective, you can say the customer is always king. From a vendor perspective I have certain rights too. He definitely crossed the line. 2. The free Tshirt was delayed and was not good quality. We reworked the print and fit and, 3. We promised a recall and went through with it. It costed us time and resources, which is what any start-up is constantly short of. It didn't matter though, because we wanted to redeem ourselves by giving the product we had promised. The customers were asked to send back the first T, and were sent the new one free of cost. The customers had to bear a Rs 50 cost for shipping it back to us. This was another blunder on our part because it made unhappy people unhappier. It was unavoidable at the moment and in hindsight we could have compensated for the amount in other ways. I offer a Rs 50 discount every person who paid that shipping fee(as a reimbursement). 4. On the whole GOW3 T was a stressful time for us more than anyone else and we have since then learned a thing or two about planning our offers better. 5. Those who haven't received their T's (just read the last few comments), they have been sitting at the store. We had communicated the availability in May i suppose, maybe you missed it. You can drop one of us a pm or call and we'll arrange it to be delivered. 6. We were in fact so disturbed by the whole turn of events that Arjun(He has designed this sweatshirt as well as the merchandise for Halo Reach, Uncharted 2, ODST etc and is very much a part of operations) called him personally and apologised. He was on the other hand constantly abusing and screaming, which he has admitted himself. He did change his stance about the GOW3 offer but continued to trash us. I have personally come across many posts by him where he has called us scammers etc. This one being just one of them. I would like to ask him in what way have we scammed him. 6. When I received the message from him to ask about the black ops sweat, I wanted to overlook his past behaviour and told him to exercise restraint in the future. 2 days later I stumbled upon his post in the call of duty thread. and then in the vendor comparison thread. As usual he wanted to warn every one about us etc. and completely put us off because it's unfair and untrue. I wanted an explanation, which i did not get. this is the message he sent me instead "" 7. I did not reply to his message because I was feeling blackmailed. 8. Next thing I saw was this thread. I just don't have the energy to counter any of the stupid remarks above *****... Of-lately a lot of things have been said for and against Consoul. I am not going to argue about the legitimacy of the claims made by us or by you or any other fellow gamer. I just wanna put forward the scenario from a neutral vantage point. I am creative head and co-founder of Teleport Design Lab. I am the same 'dude' who called you that 'fateful' night. My reason to call were your exuberant remarks on the consoul forum. Since TDL's first interaction with consoul during Halo ODST , I believe GOW 3 is your first purchase from Gizmo and Psywarrior. Your reaction on the forum for the T-shirt was extraordinarily inappropriate. You used words like A^%H#$E! and Bas#@$%s which were absolutely rubbish. People at consoul reacted and there was a mess. I couldn't and I still can't decipher the logic in passing the most judgmental remarks for someone you are dealing with for the first time. Scammers and what not. And what rubbish of a language. Respect people...Respect is the word here. Nobody said that your concern was't right. But the behaviour was just wrong. But still it was our bad so...I called you and apologized for the Tshirts. All of us believed that the issue has been resolved and there ain't no bruised egos nomore. But Now we read your posts on IVG totally out of proportion and basically out of context. I just can't place the context here man. What is that you are fighting for??? We remade the GOW 3 Tsirts for everyone. Thats a different thing that nobody later bothered to return their 'pathetic' tshirts for the new one. I never heard you mention it ever on any of the forums. I met Gizmo in the evening of the same day and we had a smile that at last we could make the most loudly critical customer of the forum to order a game again...and then we read your posts here. It was, in fact, very good of jigsaw to apologize for YOUR MISTAKE. How is he concerned whether Arjun or whoever messed up. That arjun guy called up jiggy and pleaded with him that his job would go or something. You call this professionalism? Instead of setting things right, you give his number to the contractor & ask to call him & get sympathy points? Also, yes this was a scam. You promised X and gave X/100. Then after lot of pressure, gave X/50. but it is still 50 times less. On top of that, you even tried the scam of passing out milestone's FREE t-shirt as your own design and save all the money. I guess you didnt go ahead with that plan on finding out latere that milestone t-shirts were limited in number & u wont have enough for everyone, 6. Assuming its Tirupur, which is the knitted tee shirt capital of the country, I wonder how it turned out to be so bad. Cheap printing methods were used I am guessing. Irresponsible factory, pathetic QA/QC checkpoints. Not that it should be of any concern to the end customer, but was just wondering if the design people did not have any QA(s) stationed at the manufacturing unit to oversee their order which they should have had if it was the first time they were attempting this.
