aqswde Posted October 17, 2010 Report Share Posted October 17, 2010 hi guys, hopefully im posting in the right section, My friend has a problem with his xbox (e74 i think) and he was planning on calling the xbox 1800 number but they work only mon-fri so in the meanwhile he wanted to know if we have to ship the console to MS or will there be a guy coming over to his place for the exchange? will it be a new console? how long does it usually take? thanks.
