Got my Qn90 neo qled installed today. If this is so good an oled must be such a treat. Gotta say that I am mind blown. Was watching black widow and it is just full hd on hotstar. So so slick.

You won't notice that big a difference with an OLED unless you are watching in a pitch dark room. Here's a reference. Congrats on the purchase, enjoy!

QN90 is a damn good TV. It performs better than regular FALDs because of being mini-LED. OLED might be the best but this is a close 2nd. You aren't missing much.

How much did you get it for and what size?

50" and somewhere around 70ish.

Yes 50" for 74k. Took it on emi so end price was 68k something. Asked ICICI cc to cancel the emi and take full payment. Lets see how that goes. They have said no penalty or charges.

C9? Absolutely no.

That's an open box version.

If its an open box version , cant we just reject delivery saying its a used item ? Or do they send it as a sealed box ? And then in such cases where its resealed , we can check the usage hrs of the TV right ? Or am i missing something ?

You won't get to know that it is resealed or used set until you check the settings. And most probably the LG guy will try to clear it before you get a chance to check it.

Don't go for C9 at this point, LG has already orphaned it for newer updates.

It can be resealed and made to look like it is not an open box. The usage hrs can be reset to 0 if I am not wrong using a service remote.

How do you check the usage settings of the TV? I am planning on buying an LG OLED during the diwali sale.

It's in the settings.

General -> Devices -> TV -> TV info.

That's on C1.

For CX, it used to be in Support section.

Make sure when the LG guy is setting the TV up, he/she just doesn't clear it. Stop him from using his sevice remote before you can confirm.
