Well put. But on oled do you play 4+ hours of bright games like fall guys daily? That game is bright as hell.

I have played nearly 200 hours on fall guys to reach level 40 in about a month so it’s not an issue. Additionally fall guys doesn’t have any static HUD so there is not even a question of burn in.

The top botth static images like qualified or eliminated etc doesn't matter. Well I'll be playing fifa as well.

I'll do keep C9 in mind as it seems cheaper and with full 48 gbps hdmi 2.1

They say for vrr Lg tvs are having blooming and wadhed out images can you guys test and confirm?

I'm keeping my mind and choices open as i can. Idk what the prices will be for diwali? Will those prices be up soon around big billion days etc?

If you're really worried about burn in, better option would be to get a high end QLED for peace of mind. Doubt unless you do a side by side comparison, the difference would be too noticeable.

For somebody who worries as much as you do (no judgement, these are expensive sh*t), I would not recommend OLED.
Burn in is a real, albeit not too likely, possibility. And buying an OLED means you have to accept that possibility. No point of that superior image quality if you are always too stressed out to enjoy it.

Does warranty covers burn in? Like will they replace if there is noticeable burn in

Sony doesnt sell qled though.

Only LED and OLED.

Which is fine. Qled is not a dramatic improvement over standard Led.

Yep, it’s usual Samsung bs marketing. I’ll choose Sony any day.

The LG technician will come and assess the panel and he has to recommend panel replacement in his report. The technician who came to install my TV told me he had seen only 2 cases of burn-in till date and they were the B6 models. LG India have not stated anywhere that they will replace panels but internationally they have been very customer friendly in providing one time courtesy replacements outside warranty.

Croma not the greatest for discounts, Try LG shoppe or other electronic retailers..

Someone on IVG bought 55CX for 1.5L a week back from LG store. So was just letting everyone know that even Croma was almost matching that.

Anyway, around Diwali 1.25-1.3L should be the price.

I want to buy a 4K tv. Sub 50k. 50 inches is what I’m looking for but I don’t mind 55 also. I was very tempted by the mi tv. I even ordered the 30k one and then cancelled it. I wasn’t too sure about it and I was worried it won’t have a good panel.

I mainly stream stuff and watch football along with (soon) a playstation 5

please give your suggestions :)

I’m worried about buying one of these seemingly no name brands. I’ve seen some song and lg LED tvs around the same price. 4K. “Smart tvs”

do I really need an android tv because I don’t see why they cost so much more Netflix amazon Hotstar toh sab pe hai na.

Ohh yeah you're right actually. If you want to go with Sony/LG/Samsung then its a better choice by far. You can get some good tvs but only 43 inch but that would still be better than buying those cheap tvs.

I would advice to increase budget just a litte bit and you'll get a good LG/Samsung TV in around 50-55k in upcoming sale.

But if you want to buy right now, Samsung's last year's RU7470 is still going strong and LG's 7300 is an al rounder. LG 7300 is around 55k I think.

If internal storage and size doesn't matter check reviews of

LG SM7600 (600Mb internal storage)

Like dante said Samsung RU7470
Sony only has a H7400/7500 or something though pricey.
Alternatively Samsung TU60 or something was there for 40k. It's western equivalent is 8000 series base model i think.

Check 43 inch models only those you will get below or around 50k

Guys i have no clue abput sound systems. If i get a sony TV it will have a audio jack so are there soundbars that connect to the 3.5mm port? Which are the budget good quality soundbars?

Also alternatively i am thinking of connecting a 2.1 speaker and subwoofer set to the audio jack. Since that is what i use for PC and find it enough for my small-medium room.

Do give some good models of both soundbars and speakers. Not too costly though just needs to have natural audip output good base, bass, something like the budget senhizers of this space. I found those budget senhizers to be quite good.

Also while playing diablo 3 i noticed on ps4 that the some dialogs were way too quiet on TV speakers than headset.

I assume these dialogs come from a different channel and TV is limited to only a few audio channels.

I don't want to experience that stuff again it kinda made me lose some of the important dialogs in other games also so please help accordingly.
