Got these. Thick AF. 900 gsm.

We use Softspun 350 gsm ones for wiping kitchen utensils. Works good. Decent brand.

Got this just now. A splash of water just like my scotch and my screen has gone from Nirupa Roy to Zeenat Aman. Thanks bro :hi2:

Thanks a lot for the detailed response! What would be the exact model for the LG CX tv? I am a bit cautious since the TCL debacle where the wrong model number caused my wrong purchase.

But I guess waiting till festival season makes sense financially. I was thinking that maybe buying a relatively expensive TV would be easier before I get married (less objections likely from fiance than wife ;)), but that isn't a good enough reason when I have a TV that works, even if not all that well.

No model number issues, just go and ask for LG CX OLED in the size you are interested in.

And yes, you should wait because I don't think you will get as low prices now. 55LGCX was going for 1.1-1.15L post cashback.

But better to get LGC1 or Sony J series by waiting till OCT.

Does this take care of water marks? In my experience even a splash of water leaves behind a trail mark.

TVs were fine the way they were back in the day. Adding "smartness" to them has made them more stupid.

True. The Sony Bravia one which i bought in 2008 December is still functioning well *touchwood and is being used by my parents in the Hall.

I bought Samsung ES8000 in 2012, it had motion tracking and a camera built in. Played Angry Birds on it for like few minutes then my hand got tired and I turned it all off. What a gimmick it was.

Just a splash on the cloth. Don't take me literally pls

But it worked wayyyyy better than any other micro fiber cloths i had all these years. I realised what i was doing wrong. I was using those el-cheapo micro fiber mitts from Dmart. They stained the tv more than removing dust and smudges. :ranting:

I'll order it then, haven't touched my TV's screen since I bought it.

Same here. But a year ago my maid sprayed Mr Muscle on the tv and I almost assaulted her. Since then the screen always had these stains that wouldn't go. This phadka did the trick finally

Mine is also HDFC CC. Nothing so far.

I bought on 25th Oct so it's a tad early because earlier it used to be a week late over 90days, so just wait otherwise just give their CC a call or just send them a pic of the payment slip, you will get reply fairly quick and cashback within days.
