A90J is shaping up quite good.

So I will patiently wait for 2022 models, abhi ke liye x90H kaafi hai.

I actually totally forgot to check out the X90h in store. Wanted to see if those also suffer from those white vertical white bars (local dimming zones) that most FALDs suffer during dark scenes.

My nanocell albeit 2017 model is very very bad with that bloom which used to make watching dark movies super annoying.

My unit does not suffer from it during pitch dark scenes. At a particular brightness, gamma and color combination, it's very mildly visible.

Haven't noticed it much, hardly such combinations propped up but yes, the blooming is evident if you are looking for it.

But once you are gaming or watching a movie, it's not noticeable at all. Great buy for the price.

I wasn't interested in the x90h just wanted to see how recent displays have gone better compared to my likely faulty panel. Anyhoo

Would you have taken responsibility if it went OOS later :ranting:

It was never gonna go OOS.

It will once the boomer buys the remaining 2 pieces for backup.

Okay so just noticed a nice nifty thing on PS5s with X90H tv. If you enable the HDMI link on PS5, switching to the PS5 input would turn on the PS5 and turning off tv will put PS5 in sleep mode. Also the input name gets changed to Playstation 5 in tv menu and first time it does prompt to set few things up so Sony does have few things baked in for PS5 on their tvs. Should be possible in other TVs with HDMI link also but dont expect them to recognise PS5 and change the name of the input.

Last year's model though ?

Better than FALD :ha:

Putting this FS on TP. Barely used. No use now. Worked perfectly to convert FALD to OLED a month ago.

Yep, pretty common and works on a number of devices. It's a HDMI-CEC feature, afaik. Can get annoying when you have multiple devices all with HDMI-CEC on, lol.
