was just reading this article (below link) and the bad effects of 3d vision

http://www.audioholics.com/news/editorials/warning-3d-video-hazardous-to-your-health/

i wonder how the 3dtv's are selling and if they are actually harmful.

personally i cant stand 3d vision, i tried batman arkham asylum which was in 3d and it came with 3d glasses and the maximum i played was like 3 minutes coz for some reason i wasnt comfortable and went back to normal mode

just want to know if you guys think they are harmful like the article states?

Guys I was gonna go check out LCDs again tomorrow. Would be looking at 32" screens, what features and specs should I be more bothered about?

One more thing. I have seen people talk about the kind of panel preferred on the Samsung LCD's, C or A or S, whats this all about and how do I check for it?

When do the manufacturers bring out their new TVs? I mean 2011 series? Anything special expected from the likes of samsung etc over their current crop?

I'm thinking of buying an HDTV finally but not sure whether i should buy now or wait for new models..

So it looks like my TV has gone kaput. The power supply probably got bust after a sudden power cut last night. I'm gonna call Samsung support today and check if it can be fixed. In worst case it looks like I might have to buy a new TV instead. Can't afford a 3DTV or even a non-3D LED TV right now so LCD it is. I need something big (40+) as my living room is large.

Currently looking at LG-42LE5500. It's around 55K. Looks like good value for money by looking at the features. What do you guys think?
