kunallkw Posted November 12, 2010 Report Share Posted November 12, 2010 ofcourse we will be importing there tritton headset in india i have received just a small mail for tritton ,waiting for there pricing mail but only issue will be RMA for Tritton headset for that they will let us know in 1 -2 day but price would be better .. cheers anshul anshul , is RMA from their side a straight forward NO , or are you negotiating on the terms ? also for the RMA will you be replacing the faulty units from your own stock and later sending them to Madcatz or will it be borne (time and cost) by the customer and you'll just be playing the mediator ?
