They have taken their chances & delivered results... There's no doubt that their performance and consistency has been far better than anyone in the league right now, but surely there have been times where luck has been with them... Right now, they are a team who believe they can win each and every match they play and that is vital for any trophy aspiring club... dabba Posted February 27, 2011 Report Share Posted February 27, 2011 lol at the discussion... season so far... chelsea start out with rockets attached... falter after losing their asst. coach n start taking a wayward plunge.... till then they were pretty comfortable at the top.... man u have been grinding out results... sometimes lucky... sometimes they play well..... but results none the less... arsenal... have had opportunities to take the matches n jump ahead of man u..... but unfortunately... as has been the case in prev seasons they have stumbled n have only themselves to blame.... most recent example newcastle coming back from 4-0 to draw 4-4... even if the penalties were debated... tehy still let go of a 4 goal lead... n totally lost eh momentum in the second half... spurs/city/pool/etc... are just there to make up the numbers... pool have done well to get out of the relegation zone... ^each of these teams have a one off brilliant match, but then return to questionable form..... very inconsistent.... a topsy turvy season... where no single team has dominated for a long period.... good entertainment for the fans..... but a bit of heartache for the fanboys... now with a @#$@#$@# up net conn i can only "hope" that my net co-operates n i can watch the carling cup via a stream.... cmmon u gooners... time to get ur first trophy since moving to the emirates...... u beeeeche's don't belittle the carling cup.... silverware is silverware.... n i need some silverware...
