I am now hopeful that city and Spurs do some cancelling out to help us move into one point difference. Nemo Posted March 21, 2011 Report Share Posted March 21, 2011 i'd rather not get ahead of myself and dream about the PL, there is a lot of ground to catch up, sure anything can happen but if you ask me, a top 2-3 (hopefully arsenal will continue the spectacular show and we will get 2nd) spot wouldnt be shabby at all. Remember only 2 months ago CL spot was under bother. Luiz is just betich**d awesome did not manage to see the goal, saw only the first half but liking him very much. Torres too had a terrific first 45, pity did not get a goal, was very lively, making runs in and out and it was only couple of last second tackles by de jong and konpany that did not allow him to score. This would solidify some other slots and create some stronger attack opportunities. All we have to do now is not lose till the end of the season and drub Spurs when they come knocking. I think we have the ability to hit that 5th spot if we stay consistent. If City beat them and we beat them too [statistically speaking] then we have a chance to make strides all wishful thinking.
