vignesh90
Lol... some people just have too much time and hatred to come up with such sites... Though, this one is much more humorous!! Yet, SOMEHOW, Somehow our trophy cabinet is a lot more fuller. With 13 league titles and 10 FA Cups. Just remind me again, How many does the Blue side of London have? Madhav
Even though Cesc is much more valuable than Barca's evaluation, two or three reasons are making his value inferior.. 1) Cesc is being injury prone way too much for the past year & a half... Also, the last season was below par by his standards. 2) Cesc only wants to move to Barca. Competition and bidding wars wont happen. 3) Barca is trying to take advantage of his exclusive interest in joining Barca. They know he'll either come to Nou Camp or wont move at all. Cescl definitely wont join any other club except for Barca. This is why Barca aint interested in paying inflated value for him as they know sooner or later he'll come... Second point, It was quite the same in the case of C.Ronaldo. He openly advertised his interest towards Real Madrid. Yet, United's urge to keep him and fighting against the deal landed them a huge sum. I don't see why the same thing can't happen in Cesc's case. Third one, Barca have a really unprofessional and irresponsible way of taking advantage. Someone should have put an end to that.

By the way 2 nd 3 points are one and a same thing... Nd as for point 1, it was valid for both torres and carroll but they still they were bought overpriced, more so in case of torres who was in the worst form of his life... Nd even if u take into consideration 2/3 point, still fabregas is of a greater value than 35 million, he demands atleast 40-45million... The fact of the matter is that barcelona is a debt ridden club nd they cant afford to pay 40-50 million quids for a player nd they r trying every means possible to reduce his price... TBH, if yu too are in that phase of raveling under 'moar trophies moar history' shenanigan, then I think we both should surrender ourselves infront of Liverpool and ManU.. But, thats not how it goes now does it...?!!! Sigh..!! Remember, I did not start this moronic conversation!! & now I'm pretty much done with it! vignesh90
True rankings will flourish once Copa America culminates!! Maybe FIFA decided to give England 4th as compensation for the miserly 2 votes they got for the 2018 WC bid. Either ways, it shows how statistics in football is a lie. shekdown
Cesc Fabregas : "I'm calm and I am optimistic," Fabregas told AS. "I have nothing to say and there is nothing to speak of. "If something happens, it is because it has to happen. "For my part, I've begun to get in shape, which is what I have to do" ------------------------------------------ The man is a professional. Love him for his attitude, unlike a certain French winger on his last year of his contract, with the club.

kaka_messi
barca should not pay 45 million for cesc ya cesc is a master class and he deserves 45 million tag but as a barca supporter i will not like it whn my club will pay 45 million for a player who will spend most of his time on the bench becz of xavi and iniesta in the mid area.selling david villa(all news rumor) to get cesc will result in no good. villa is a part of barca team(playing 11)and starts each and every match,he is talented and his goal in uefa final was just cesc can join barca or not but selling villa for cesc again another reason for it is that we(barca) dont have good strikers on the bench (as bojan could leave barca) .our main strength in front lies in villa, messi, pedro(with little help from ibrahim afellay and 2-3 other guys) and unless barca sign sanchez, rossi this upcoming season will be really tough if anyone from the trio in front get injured so they should concentrate more on sanchez, rossi instead of cesc. Nemo
speaking of compensating England for the WC bid, Champions League Final for the 2013 season will be held in WEMBELY ! yup, again. Its mainly because 2013 season will see 150th birthday of english FA, but i think the WC bid shenanigans are also involved.
Mel81x
When a child cries you don't always give it what it wants so that it learns a lesson through negative reinforcement. Look at how FIFA treated the African nations when those riots were going on and then went back and flipped everything. I say cajoling countries into thinking you care is a stupid move and should be stopped. So what if England didn't get the bid ... tough luck. Pull your socks up and try again. Don't expect droppings from the golden goose because you feel jilted.
dabba
http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story/_/id/930937/keisuke-honda-flattered-by-juventus-interest?cc=4716 I like him. I hope he gets better exposure too because he is a very good player imo. i agree... honda is a very good player.... http://www.fifa.com/womensworldcup/video/video=1462837/index.html Just look at that Mexico equalizer. Something I have noticed at this WC is that the goalkeepers don't run the ball and for some reason doing a low-cross across the face of the goal will yield a goal more times than you'd expect. Plus missing open shots seems to be a trend lol another awesome goal... PL football in HD is coming . You heard it here Espn HD if this doesnt happen (this 2011-2012 season.... from the season opener..... )... i am coming to delhi with a steel chair... yu want me to explain why Arsenal have been inferior to Chelsea over the last 10 years?? dont ask me... o_0 i know for sure u are not comparing the Invincibles with any team this decade... or the past few decades either... if u say over the past few seasons i will agree with u.... but the Invincibles are... well the best team in the premier league era...
