Lucky catalans..we should have killed barca out of the tie with so many chances in the second half..but its fine!

Amazing speed and passing..Los Blancos :majesty: totally ran over cuntalunyas..

At Nou,bring on xavi,bring out fab..doesnt matter..times have changed!

Bring it on..we will take the game to barca like yesterday..and outcome will be different!

HALA MADRID!!

MADRIDISTA FOREVER!

ya,ya,lets wait and watch.just 1 more day to go.

u created chances and didnt score.thats not barca's problem.

at the end what matters is the final score and who lifted the cup.

players do make difference in the match and if they dont why dont u guys take out cr7,xabi,ozil out of ur team in second leg and see how they perform(time have changed right?so,it shouldn't be a problem for real to play without them)

thr is no use of arguing about time or anything else.i just want to see ur team against our best playing 11(i want to see ozil scoring in same way whn puyol and pique are playing in cb).barca is going to play on wes with best 11.so,lets wait and watch what happens.

u can press for full 90 minutes,or u can have pos in 70s-80s(%),or u can create as many chances as u want, but its the final score(goals scored) that will matter.

1 more day to go.

should ve got atleast 50 mill.

Arsenal learnt nothing from united s handling of ronaldo - madrid saga. Atleast they forced madrid to cough up the cash .

35 mill for farbregas is way too cheap.

'

pool paid same money for a certain epl player

Wenger hopes to keep Nasri

Gunners boss keen to resolve midfielder's contract situation

Arsene Wenger remains hopeful he can keep Samir Nasri at Arsenal following the departure of captain Cesc Fabregas to Barcelona.

Fabregas completed his move to boyhood club Barca on Monday and Nasri has been tipped to follow the Spaniard out of Emirates Stadium.

Nasri is in the final season of his Arsenal contract and has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester City after local rivals United had a bid rejected earlier this summer.

The France international was not involved in the Gunners' opening game of the season against Newcastle due to illness and Wenger is keen to hang on to the midfielder.

"The two things are not linked in my spirit," said Wenger when asked if Fabregas' departure made him more determined to hang on to Nasri.

"Ideally I want Samir Nasri to stay, but as much as we were in a strong position on the contract side with Cesc, the situation is a bit different, but hopefully we can sort the situation out."

When quizzed on a scale of one to ten how confident he was of keeping Nasri, Wenger replied: "I don't like the scales in the game because it's always not very predictable.

"It's very difficult to answer that question in an honest way."

The Arsenal boss is also not concerned about the message that would be sent out to the club's Premier League rivals if he does persuade Nasri to stay in North London.

He continued: "What is more important than the message is how strong we feel inside as a team.

"We are determined, we have bought some very good players and, overall, the feeling inside the squad is very strong, and the desire and belief is very strong.

"But, of course, we will be encouraged by the results that are made in the very near future, and certainly by the fact we can still bring one or two players in because we are still a little bit short."

Thats a really long excerpt, can I suggest that in future, we just pump up the main points and that way we don't even have to bold them. Putting half the article in there really makes no sense when you have a link associated with it for reading? Unless I am a bit off here.

P.S. I do like that you post all the updates from the sport because it is nice to see things you generally might miss if you aren't following it super closely.
