Mel81x
Well, either you win trophies or you drink and lose your respect and take the respect of the club with you while you're at it.

DevilsOwn
Drinking culture at United after busby left was in full swing. Fergie stopped it when he came and he had to let go couple of big names as well who aren't ok with the new strict policies. yeah read about that in Red Nev's autobiography. It takes discipline to succeed. Even if you are a truly brilliant. Unless you have discipline it will come and bite you. Maradona lost it to coke; look at Ronaldinho and to some extent Ronaldo (le phenom) The way these guys have to play day in and out at the top level, i dont think you can shirk away and depend on pure skills. gooner4life
For people who say there is no real media bias against arsenal, just look at the 2 recent articles by a so-called 'reputed' journalist named Martin Samuel :- 1) http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1279795/Cesc-Fabregas-Arsenal.html 2) http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/article-2064088/Barcelona-conniving-bunch-faced-chisellers-Martin-Samuel.html Its f**king disgusting what barca did in the case of cesc for 2-3 years but rarely any journalist pointed out their wrong methods but when the same thing is being done to another English club, how does their tone suddenly change!! f**king Disgusting!! rad2689
f**ckin' bastards. Eboue seems like a really nice lad. Even when he was at Arsenal never really hated him. Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, all these East-European countries have the highest rasicm frequency.

beb0p
Eboue should just hand in a transfer request and get the hell out of such a league where they allow this kinda crowd behaviour. Not a single steward/official came to protect him or take any other action.

rockstarnet
He always had a drinking problem. That Euro '96 celebration is about a drinking problem/ incident of his. Like most people his problem get aggravated in later years. If he had joined United around 94-95 (i think) he would most probably have had the drinking nipped in the bud. Gazza joined spurs in 88...thats when fergie wanted him...I dont know if Fergie did bid for him when he left spurs in 92...
vignesh90
The funniest part is, it kept happening. The video clearly shows two or more incidents in the same game. Why wasn't the situation handled? Why weren't the defaulters immediately banned from the stadium? I hope Sepp Blatter watches this.
rockstarnet
Was reading a spurs blog...The writer is spot-on about the top 4 contenders especially about liverpool... Don't mock me or abuse me, but I'm glad Arsenal have remained plucky (be it dependent on a certain forward) and continue to look back up towards the upper tier of the Prem. Even if the reality is they are not a patch on the past, sometimes that belief factor can aid you in the right direction even if you're punching above your weight. Chelsea have the look of a side that needs to be stripped of the legacy left behind by Jose and start afresh (more likely to sack and replace their coach rather than giving him an opportunity to rebuild). Liverpool are hardly spectacular. They resemble some of the hard working Everton sides of recent years that attempted to puncture the Top Four. http://www.dearmrlevy.com/dml/2011/11/21/massive-game-please-dont-bottle-it.html Edited November 21, 2011 by rockstarnet

Mel81x
Poor Eboue. I'd refuse to play until action was taken and the whole team should have walked out and raised it up with UEFA and FIFA together. Man In The Box
Yeah, that video was really sad. Btw, big game tomorrow. AC Milan v Barcelona at San Siro. I have actually put a bet on AC Milan as the odds are just too big it ignore. Moreover, Milan are playing at home and Iniesta is not going to be present in the match. I have put 5$ on Milan and if they win, I get 24$
