shekdown
Haha! Its been a while, Shek. The poor lad chose the wrong day. Didn't he? Indeed a long time. And yes he did, but then again, almost everyday would be a wrong day for that sort of behaviour.

Mel81x
3 were own goals That one goal where the guy stopped it with his chest and then bounced it on his thigh and then went into the goal left my mouth open. It was like they all wanted to show their boss they could score except no one put a post-it on the goal-post they should have been aiming for. Mel81x
I always think that if Marcus had stayed fit he might have clinched the title of best FB for us and tbh he was a tall and power-oriented RB/FB. But Riise has had his golden moments with Liverpool too. Plus, Marcus was around when they did the UEFA Cup, League Cup, FA Cup, Super Cup and Charity Shield as well. Level-headed player except it all went downhill watching him in that chair.

Marcus had that bad illness which ruined his career but IMO Finnan was the best we had .I loved his style complete team player. Riise was strange ,somedays he was Awesome but on some days he gave away massive amounts of space .

shekdown
Till date, one of the best full backs Premier League has ever had. Far from it. He was a very useful player but I can, right off the top of my head name atleast 6 better full backs him.

Riise was strange ,somedays he was Awesome but on some days he gave away massive amounts of space . IMO Finnan didn't really have the break-pace required to run that position. Furthermore, he always looked like he lacked that little edge to make others around him run up or fall-back. I gave Glen such a bashing over the last season but to be honest, i am glad he has finally learned a bit from his mistakes and is actually tracking back a bit more. Completely agree but he suited Rafas style of play .Very Compact and very strong in Defense plus he had a great partnership with Carra down that right hand side Glen Johnson has improved massively from that Theo Walcottish full back to a more balanced one
Mel81x
I think the old-guard needs to change and Carra has to be the first to go and get replaced. He's been great for the club but hes getting older and I think he knows more than anyone that its time to move on and perhaps take up a staffing job at the club because of how passionate he is about all of it. Big game this coming weekend? Juve vs AC? Also, the Champs league rounds for the next few days as well as the UEFA games.

'Pranay
Both team defense was bad today. Bpth could had scored a lot of goals. DAMN Napoli should had won 4-1, hadnt ashley cole cleared the ball of the line. and FFS why the hell are the commentators so f**king baiased ? Gary Neville: "If you watch Napoli, you wouldn't believe they could beat a Man City or Chelsea." "Chelsea can easily score 3-4 goals in London against this Napoli defense". What makes him think Napoli wont score ? uhh I do think Chelsea have a chance but so does napoli I have seen plenty of times english playing like these and the same commentors say "in the end scoreline and the team which took the most chances deserved to win". They won 3-1 and deserved it as they took their chances. They have been building a good team and deserve the applauds after facing so many tough teams. Juve should win against milan despite their striking problem. I wish we had a decent striker. Marchisio is the key player, he was f**king brilliant against milan and hopefully we would defeat them and go on top. Stevie G
If Essien was not injured yesterday in training or something then AVB should just go Tie is not over IMO but Chelsea need to stop Inler and Hamsik from pulling the strings and that is why Essien is massively important .
