We have a net spend of 4 million in the last 16 years(AW years).. Even before we never spent money lavishly on players, always worked within our means, so I don't know what's wrong in that. We just have been more successful in the past & more so in the current format of EPL which are the Arsene Wenger years, he took the club to a new level without spending like city or chelsea. You might say we have huge wage bill as compared to Norwich, but as I said above, we earned that. Never had a rich benefactor, so I don't think this money factor is valid when you compare Norwich with Arsenal, maybe with other clubs but not with Arsenal.
