His style does not suit the way Chelsea plays... He will be good for clubs like Arsenal (where he is under-performing) and Spurs... Also, no good keeper would want to join Chelsea, cos lets face it... Cech would be playing 90% of the games.... In fact, Chelsea reserve team has a good keeper in Matej Delac, he's just 19... Let me start from bottom... We dont need to sign any goalkeeper... Cech is here for a good amount of time and we have already purchased his future replacement Courtois!! That guy has phenomenal potential if yu happen to watch any athletico madrid match (europa) Theo Walcott.... the f**k dude?!! Chelsea can just give away his transfer fee as charity to arsenal... he is side lined thru injuries more than half of every season!! Van der Viel... dont think he is that good anymore... We have our right well covered by ivanovic, bosingwa (who has been somewhat brilliant this season), and even Luiz who can cover right during crises... what we need is a strong young central defender who can possibly replace terry.. Subotic is the name that comes to mind.. but he'll come at a price! Pato/Neymar... both will cost a bomb... pato imo is not suited for EPL... short, not so strong, fragile legs.... NitroNeo Posted May 21, 2012 Report Share Posted May 21, 2012 Well turnbull can't perform properly , hilario is i guess leaving & is too old anyway , he causes mess ups too , i just think we need a decent keeper to rely on in events like injuries , we missed cech for i think a month at the start of this season , so for the upcoming season we need to be prepared for each event we lost the league top 4 spot at least with many players injured in between , well with our ball possession in the champions league this season i would say our defending was a desperate last ditch thing also if you watch the video again you will see what i mean , well against barca we did well , but for the past 2 years i am watching our team age , the defending each year seems desperate rather than confident & calm We need to let go bossingwa , mikel , essian , malouda , kalou , these players are far to uncertain , no one knows for sure when they will be in form , even in fit condition they screw up , we need changes , new players , no one can deny that , our game is for to predictable , it's been the same , take the ball go by the sides of the pitch pass it into the box , or use set plays to score , i rarely see ground passes , thank god mata came ke at least provides diversity to our plays like through balls , one touch passes We need more creativity on pitch , bayern had our game figured , they just lacked finishing to score & were a bit unlucky , but the point being we need the freshness & creativity & composure in plays that we had in the days of Jose Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would like to add Sturridge in this list as well, cos he is way too selfish... And yes, even though we have won the CL a 6th place in EPL is not justified.... And there has to be a complete overhaul in the squad, else I do not see a bright 2012-2013 EPL for Chelsea.... With this team, we will still be languishing in the mid table... As far a back up for Cech is concerned we have Courtois who is out on loan to Athletico and should be back this season... Thibaut Courtois.. loaned out to athletico madrid for his development... he is just 20!! And we cant just let off 5-6 first team players like this in as single tranfer window... it'll happen in phases... Essien overcame a career threatening injury just 5 months back.. he is still getting back to his full potential... whether he will or he will not be the same Bison is yet to be seen... he is not and shouldn't go anywhere. Mikel has always been poor... lost possession, drifted passes, lack of vision, no confidence... but he has been a totally different player under RDM... If RDM stays, he should stay.. Else should be sold!! He is young and promising and could fetch us a decent amount in transfer fee.. Malouda.. Now he needs to leave asap... He's been good for us.. but his time is over!! Kalou should also go for obvious reasons... Bosingwa.. well no... no right now!! he has performed this season and has been a great wing back for us... Meireles should go... dont know why is he here I think imo this tranfer window should see-off Malouda, kalou & Meireles... Yossi Benayoun is coming back... but it is yet to be seen whether he fits in the system of new manager and more importantly whether he wants to stay!! Agreed to whatever you said except this...Bosingwa and good? Did u see the way he was being beaten in the finals by both Ribery and Contento? He is good, he has pace, delivers decent ball into the box, but he is beaten way too easily and also he takes one touch too many... its best if we sell him and try Marcelo, Taiwo or even Baines... I am pretty sure these players will not be willing to leave their current clubs...
