So I don't know what Arsenal can do any different to change that apart from just throwing away money. Its correct I hate Chelsea but in no way I am jealous of your club. Being the best player in Ligue 1 doesnt translate into a good EPL player. When Gervinho & Hazard were playing together in the same team, Gervinho had much better statistics(Goal & assists) than Hazard, Hazard is just more flashy & has flair hence he stands out, we will see how he copes in EPL.
