to my knowledge, any red card can be appealed. not 100% sure though.

Only a straight red can be appealed.

Read through some of the posts. The butthurt in here...

I wonder how many people remember Jonny Evans red card in the Manchester derby last season. He was sent off in similarly contentious circumstances by one Mr. Mark Clattenburg.

Of course, when the decision goes against Manchester United its just bad refereeing and a human error. But when it goes in favor of Man Utd, it suddenly means the FA, United and the referees are corrupt.

Don't mind me though. I love reading the conspiracy theories and the wishes for injury/death etc.. Good old schadenfreude. Keep it coming fellas.

Agreed. It's no way prove able that united or any other team buys refs or fixes the match I mean it's not sire a nor is any team in pl as pathetic as juve. But you can't deny that big teams do pressurize the officials, all the big teams and united more often than not comes off as the chief instigator, although that can be a correlation of them being the most successful English team in past 3 decades.

is it legal to bet on sites like betfair in India?

Yup it is. But the credit card from which you load funds should be of a country where it is legal to bet I think.

Also, the tough part for you could be to confirm your identity. The method of confirming your identity depends from site to site. If betfair wants you to go with your passport to one of their local offices then you can't register yourself as they don't have any office in India. But if they just require a confirmation via scanned copy of your passport or a barcode reading of the passport; then you should be fine.

Prove ?

Bro if that were the case they would be unbeaten and win the league every season .The reason they get decisions is because they are so successful that it is easier to give decision in their favor.

A couple of years back when Grant was Pompey manager he stressed the same point that its easier to give decisions against us

I think you got me wrong there. I am on the same page as you are, there is no way any one can prove that united fixes matches or buys the refs. It's just that they have a clout and that can some times affect the refrees.
