ΨΨ babloos ΨΨ
some progress now, atleast now youre admitting that UEFA ought to make rules. as for your point about 'dont blame RM', YES i WILL blame RM and Chelsea and City, because theyre the only ones doing it. But RM is the only one with the 80M record right? and 150M spending in like 2 weeks ? how are other teams supposed to progress when to buy a player you have to start with a bid of 30M ? too bad,now bayern wants something crazy money for ribery, like real did for kaka and ronaldo, money paid for ronaldo is more to do with off pitch then on pitch,he can recover that money in couple of years, same cant be said for guys like ribery,or even kaka Edited June 12, 2009 by ΨΨ babloos ΨΨ

What the hell do u mean by "some progress now"? Putting up transfer Caps by uefa will not stop the inflow of money,it will stop the spending! All i said was that NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO QUESTION A CLUB ABT THE INFLOW OF THE MONEY..criticizing heavy spending is a different thing and obviously ppl who dont like it have the right to do it!I hope u get my point.. I respect ur point of view.. As of now,I and millions more madridistas are over-joyed by the arrival of the two colossus to the bernebeau Lovin it.. I am glad we have hardcore football supporters who love their club and the game! Questioning inflow of money is totally wrong as that pussy Laporta catalan president did out of jealousy! Criticizing heavy spendings is justified!

Train him to become a world class player and then sell him to Real Madrid/Manchester City for 80 million pounds...

shekdown
300 millions euros comes from bank loan for transfers ,not from ur income, btw talking about income we more profitable club than real madrid Man Utd have the biggest debt in the world, for a football club. 699m pounds or something around that exorbitant figure. Madrid had their lands purchase by the govt, largely to pay off their debts, a couple of years back. They are a money making machine even otherwise. Madrid is the most successful club in the history of football and they are the biggest club in the world, no two questions. Followed by AC Milan, Barcelona and Boca Juniors. They spend 80m on Ronaldo, they'll recover 100m in 2-3 years time. You just have to see the kind of advertising contracts they enter into. I can go on about Madrid's money making powers. Its something Manchester United or any other club can only dream of. You cant match their financial strength. And yes they have the govt/kingdom backing, but even without that, they are a very very powerful club. If Im brutally honest, Im not surprised at their lavish spending spree. As that Neo fellow said, they've always been a club that loves to spend. They are a club that cherish big players, the history of the club has been characterized by huge signings and massive players. Hence, the fact, the club is the biggest. Hence, when any player is linked to Real Madrid, they find it hard to say 'I will not go there'. Thats the club football players dream as kids, playing for(Other than English footballers, who for some strange reason, dont leave the Premier League, its a rarity). DevilsOwn
Who said that Manu is in debt?It still the richest club in the world.Manu is a bigger club than Real Madrid.Only that Real spends more. hope that was just sarcasm/ irony on you part!! Glazers took a debt of 750mn pounds to buy United Plc; the debt was transferred to Uniteds books. We still have 700mn + to serve. last year United paid something around 75mn pounds in debt interest repayment. To say that we are financially sound is wrong. If, our huge earnings go down (we dont win the league, dont progress in CL, etc) then we are in for trouble. @Shekdown, Real Madrid are not the biggest earners in Football. Last two years, United have been earning the most of all football clubs. (i am talking revenue, not profits). Madrid ability to spend this year is lot down to the fact that Perez himself is a Billionairre. The first 'galacticos' was under his chairmanship, this binge-shopping is also the same. As barca's laporta said, where exactly this money is coming from needs to be looked into. Because, as a Chairman he cant put his own money into the club. Not that i find anything thing wrong in it, u aint a thief unless u are caught. Also the local madrid govt has shares in the club.
