'Pranay
Lets not get there... not even relegation struck teams get 8 past their last man via Manu.. Atleast this "loser mid table team" has some trophies in the cabinet for their mid table justification... geez yu shud just stfu.. Worry about you own club's patheticness first Just ignore such posts. RDM IMO does not deserve to be sacked. b They build the team the stirkers who everyone thought deserved a chance but after the fair chance given he failed Edited November 21, 2012 by 'Pranay
Nemo
From a CL winning manager to on the verge of being the first defending champ going out in the group stages. OneDiMatteo !! he persisted with torres for far too long, ran OHM trio in the ground by playing them every match, stuck with the double pivot fpor no good reason, continued playing the reckless luiz, governed the offloading of mireles and essien when we look woefully short in the ball winning midfield area. He finally got rid of torres but offset it with playing cesar in midfield and playing luiz. th ideal defense would have had bane and cahill as CBs. not saying he should be sacked with immediate effect but he hasnt been result oriented lately. Nemo
Chelsea :roflroll:/> After spending so much in the summer, difficult to even progress from group stages.. Such a loser of a club! Now go spend some more in January on Falcao etc coz that's the only way your club can barely compete at the top.. as opposed to not spending any money (poldi, giroud and cazrola came for free i suppose ?) and not competing at top ? yeah, i think i would rather have the former option. Also we might be the first defending champions to go out in the groups, but at lest we have reached the position of being the defending champs, something quite alien to your club. "Champions of Europe", we know what you are!! A mid table club with Abramovich's money! :roflroll:/> Chelsea- 3rd with 24 points Arsenal- 6th with 19 points nuff said. He would be made a scapegoat for their performance but I don't think he was responsible for any of the signings Chelsea made or didn't make. Any decent manager can see they are lacking in the CF department.. Piling up on wingers & attacking midfielders in the squad doesn't compensate for a CF. you or me are no one to say what he was or what he was not responsible for. All we know is that he is the manager and is the one answerable for the team's showings. Maybe its ok for some clubs to stick with the same guys even when going barren for 7 (no, this number was not picked at random, if anyone is wondering ) years, but this thing doesnt stick here at chelsea. RDM doesnt deserve to be sacked, it will end kinda like avram grant situation lol not really sure if i share the same sentiments regarding him. sure i can understand giving a manager a long run but at the same time one should not feel ashamed for having a ruthless winning mentality that demands results. And please, just, just stop hanging to Avram grant's coat tails, he was an incompetent manager. We reached with in a goal post's width of winning CL and a point's reach of claiming the league not because of him, but despite of him being in charge. Jose's sacking in a way galvanized the team. If grant was so good a manager why has not he found another top team in all these years since ? outside of a short lived woeful portsmouth campaign he wasnt hired by anyone else.

neoragexx
Well, they sacked Ancelotti after winning a double, so that's a no brainer. I hope Roman stops this farce and finally appoints himself as manager. We all know he wants to. 'Pranay
I think Roman always wanted to sack RDM after the season ended. But since RDM won the ucl, he couldnt do , i think he got an oppurtunity yesterday since 50% chelsea are out and he did it. I do not wish to offend any chelsea fan here but i dont think managers sacking will affect Chelsea much [may affect because their are a lot of new players] since i always believed Chelsea is genreally managed more by their players and romans cheque book Edited November 21, 2012 by 'Pranay

'Pranay
WTF!! :(/> He deserved to atleast complete this season for all that he did. Wishlist: Guardiola + Any striker now. If Guardiola comes, i wont be surprised if a barca striker joins chelsea like Villa who isnt getting game time at barca. He will suit chelsea well and Pep will promote more youth players as well
