hope
Through to next stage Poldi's goal reminded me of RVP. Rafa is a good replacement. And true abdul about torres. Also SAF vs Rafa will be awesome.Rafa always had the better of SAF in old days.

Stevie G
FACHT *if you know what i mean * He was the only one who had balls to talk against Fergi The reason we did not win the league that year was more down to Keanes failure rather than Rafas rant and that's a Facht
Stevie G
If people are expecting a new torres just because he is going to be under Rafa. They are gonna be disspointed. Nothing is gonna change as far is torres is concerned, He is not the same as he used to be in pool. You will see a 4231 system A system which suits him and he thrives on Question is does Torres still have it ? That will decide if he reinvents himself or hes gone

NitroNeo
I am not a united fan , i don't like the way they are treated & how they play but the one good thing to learn from them is keeping fath in the manager , furguson had a rocky start & kenny delgish dominated him from 1986-92 but then after delgish got sacked or he quit , furguson started to realize his ideas , RDM should have been given at least a season , now Rafa comes oh man this guy is a club killer , made liverpool perform almost well but then at the end of his era he & torres sc**ed them , i am worried about us If bringing Rafa in , is just a move by roman or the chelsea board to boost torres's form then it would be the sadest thing ever happened to us
Nemo
ah ! so rafa it is. how life turns around. who whold have thought after drogba's famous slide in front of rafa that one day he would be managing the club. with guardiola not yet ready, rafa was the best stop gap arrangement. i hope the teams responses to his directives. NitroNeo
I say louis van gaal was a better option , in his time wth bayern he improved their attack & after a good season with a double & a UCL finalist he wrongly got sacked the next season & i don't think Pep will join chelsea , i seen him admire arsenal , which is ok , they deserve a class manager , not to say Arsene isn't one but i feel pep is a improved version of him Anyway i just want Jose back ;_; , which will never happen damn we need a new owner , this would be the right time for the media to criticize him , at least we can get rid of him now , or else people will wrongly start hating the club for sacking managers , this guy if only he would know the difference between football & bad business

Nemo
which will never happen damn we need a new owner , this would be the right time for the media to criticize him , at least we can get rid of him now , or else people will wrongly start hating the club for sacking managers , this guy if only he would know the difference between football & bad business :furious:/> Roman Abrahamovich has done more for this club than any other individual. Stop being a pms'ing emotional bundle of knots. I dont care if others start to hate chelsea. Get to know some history about the club before you bad mouth the owner. If it werent for roman, chelsea as we know now would not have even existed, Ken Bates was financially broke by the end of 02-03 season and the club was in serious thread of going under like leeds. In Roman we have an owner who loves and understands the sport, is not shy of investing money, is present in quite a number of matches and who has more than once written off the debt of the club as his personal debt. Sure he is ruthless and has a profit minded approach, you dont get to be where he is without trouncing a few emotions. I would much rather have trophies than a small time family club feel.
