Firing Di Matteo to bring in Benitez has to be one of the worst decisions Abramovich has made. This is the worst winless run for us in the League since the mid 90s where we went 10 games without a win. Out of the first three fixtures Benitez has had, a minimum of 6 points would have been expected. And he has managed 2. We have scored 1 goal and conceded 3. He has managed to stop us from scoring goals while the defence remains as shaky as before. And neither has there been any magical revival of Torres. I want my striker to be a real mard, chesting a high ball punted by the keeper in the opposition's D, bossing 2 6ft defenders and shooting the globe in the freaking net with force resembling a mini earth quake. I want MEN back in my team. f**k this sh*t of trying to play like barca with building a team around fragile midgets. I want the steel back, i want our midfield enforcers, the lampards, ballacks, (fit) essien and a monster forward. I want goals that are created with all of 3 moves, punt---> chest down ------> shoot.
