I wonder about that, messi can play in that hunkey dorey la liga, but premier league is a totally different ball game

Messi = Ronaldo

Ronaldo in La Liga =Avg 40+ goals/season

Ronaldo in EPL =Avg 20 goals/season

Messi wont fair any better, UCL performance against english teams doesn't count as in not on a regular basis, but the physical nature of the league wont fair him like la liga does

Just wanted to make this clear, i am tired of seeing how people only talk about messi & ronaldo, of course IVG has a rich sports fanbase, but just wanted this to be out there

That was funny

Some of the gems

Japan more technically gifted than Brazil :rofl:

There were 13 booking's in the first half 8 for Japan and 5 for Brazil but japan did get 1 yellow card

Neymar's goal was lucky

Man United's first five fixtures consists of 4 tough games

Swansea (A),Chelsea(H), Liverpool(A) and City(A) :suicide:

Karma :devil::P

Ours is a walk in the park if you compare it to last year's abomination.

Woah great, this is gonna end in tears for that smug c*nt pardew.

And carroll has passed that medical, phew. Finally we can put this disaster behind us and move on. Its small comfort though when you realize he's gonna pocket a good amount of that 15m that we're about to get. Some reports said it could be upto 5m :suicide:

I'd rather take the tougher away games in the first five weeks rather than in the last five. That game against Chelsea will be a huge match for Moyes' rep.

IMO if you have a new manager and then have a tough first few fixtures than things can become quite difficult, especially if the club's fans has high expectations. Like we found out last year. You are involved in a game of catch up after that.

Fans unrest can also go a long way. Utd fans have been used to winning week in week out. If united has a bad start (and I hope that they do :devil:) fans backlash can double the already humongous pressure on ginger head.

But

atleast now moyes would be able to win a league game at OT :rolleyes:

Why would anyone want that when their team has a new manager? Easier fixtures would have helped him get some points under his belt & reduced some pressure but now it could get much difficult for him.
