LeonardoInventions
Finally FINALLY the team played today as they should've been playing from the start in the second half. Granted it was only sunderland, but when under the cosh we slowed down the tempo, kept possession and pushed them. Suarez coming back has been a big help in that and when Coutinho will be available, this attack is going to be mouthwatering. Â Would like to mention Sakho, after a stuttery first game he has gone from strength to strength and has settled very nicely. His composure on the ball in tight moments and the way he gets the ball out of the back is phenomenal. Short yet brilliant passes from the back and an absolute monster in the air, i wouldn't drop him at all. Rodgers need to make some tough choices when all the defenders are fit/available. Â And the last thing about Stevie, I think its time when he rests a bit/make fewer starts or moves up the field in AM. Like the role Lampard has been playing for a while now. Him and lucas in the middle render very less mobility to our midfield and stamina in the latter parts of the game. Henderson's energy there will do us a world of good and he's wasted at the moment at RM. I'd like to see a lucas allen partnership too when the latter is fit. Rashmeet
Yeap, gotta say Liverpool's attack is very strong especially the number of attacking options they have. It's a question of consistency now for both them and us to pile pressure on other contenders at least till winter break.
Cash
""To win the Champions League, you need five or six world-class players," Â He has got to figure out what he says in press conference. First rooney being back up for rvp and now this. Just say we will put all in and try to win it. Â Â Â Â Â Â Edit - We all know we have very less to none chance but when the manager says it, its not good. :| Edited September 29, 2013 by The White Pele
gooner4life
 Man I see why others find it hard to argue with you :|  Obviously I was talking about the squad that was playing against Swansea, not our full squad  It wasn't an argument, it was a misunderstanding. I was obviously thinking that you were talking about the whole squad not just for Swansea match, which you clearly understood.  Stop taking jibes & regurgitating things which you have seen here getting repeated many times by others.
