How many players playing in the el classico today rejected United in the summer lol? :giggle:

I can count 3 at the very least - Bale, cesc & Khedira.

Btw I think el classico is massively overrated. Just because 18 other teams can hardly match these 2 clubs, doesn't mean it makes it the best fixture in the footballing calender(as per media). Pathetic dives, play acting & petty fights have been the norm in the past, nothing too great about it.

Coentrao?

I read somewhere that he wanted to come to United but deal couldn't be finalized in time.

Ronaldo was linked whole summer though & I think their ex-assistant manager Mike Phelan was pointing to him when he said that they would have signed 1 superstar for sure if Ferguson & his staff had stayed this season.

I dont see it happening this time though..

Like Mou, I am confident bro. After seeing Torres play in the last 2 games he featured, i am sure it wasn't luck.

For E.g. The first goal scored by Torres against Schalke was a master piece set play designed by Mou and he knew Torres to be the right man to poach that ball sent in by Ivanovic. And also the lampard FK and Torres hitting the woodwork in the second half

butthurt ?

when 2 best squads in the world goes against each other it has to be best fixture in the world. Also level of football is way higher than PL football. no PL fixture comes close to this

and whole world wants to see 2 best players in the world against each other

Ref should have yellow carded him for such a violent tackle on himself.

Your right 2 of the best teams going against each other is a treat to watch, although he could have said level of laliga is not as gr8 as PL but this match easily surpasses most matches but hey PL has good fixtures too like this one ;)

he said about this fixture, not about the whole laliga, this fixture is indeed right at the top. BVB-Bayern good one but not better although i like dortmund too, Lewandowski :majesty:

Arsenal: Szczesny, Sagna, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Gibbs, Arteta, Flamini, Ramsey, Ozil, Cazorla, Giroud.

Subs: Fabianski, Monreal, Vermaelen, Wilshere, Rosicky, Gnabry, Bendtner.

i would have preferred wilshere or rosicky to flamini..but still good enough team ..cant wait for walcott, poldi and ox coming back..one more striker in January and we have the deepest roster in epl.

So u r contradicting ur first point saying real and barca are not the best teams

Yes, even the same case for Bayern, Barca and Juventus winning their respective league titles. Those type of seasons happen, but not frequently in premier league.
