Last season khattey the, ab meethey ho gaye hain

It's still a long way to go, though till now Arsenal have done very well. But still it's difficult to say because that final hurdle will be steep cause lack of winning habit. But there's always a first time. Let's bring it.

This season has clearly proved that it was more of a case of United giving him a winner's medal that him winning the title for United single handedly like you guys are trying to portray.

As much as I despise United, If it hadn't been for Van Persie, United wudn't have won the title. He was the diff between United finishing 1st and City 2nd.

But it would be absolutely hilarious, if he hands in the T/F Request.

Why do you think that? When United lost title in the previous season due to GD to City, points total was City - 89, United - 89

When United won the title with RVP last season, points total was, United - 89, City - 78. Where did RVP improve United?

It's quite clear that City weren't as good as they were in the previous season. Aguero played badly & so did Yaya Toure last season. They were not at their best. Lots of disharmony in their squad towards their manager was the sole reason why they performed badly.

And this season has shown that just having RVP in your team doesn't mean you will start winning every match you play.

So I think it's quite illogical to say that buying RVP was the reason why they won the title.

And one other thing - "Would Ferguson have paid out £80m over a 4 year contract for a 29 yr old with RVP's injury history if he didn't know he was going to retire?" Someone on twitter posted that & I personally think that the answer for that question would be no & any sensible United fan would agree to that.

Ferguson wanted to end his career with a title & was willing to take risks that he wouldn't normally take & I don't blame him at all, he deserved that but I don't think it was the right decision for the club.
